1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or replacement.
- Replacement: If the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., Bluetooth connectivity issues, charging failure, or sound distortion).
- Return: If you received the wrong item or a physically damaged product.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including the outer box, inner trays, and all accessories (charging cables, extra ear tips, manuals).
- The serial number or IMEI on the product must match our records and be untampered with.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products showing signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical surges caused by the user.
- Items with missing serial numbers or tampered warranty seals.
- Free promotional items or gifts included with the main order.
4. The Return Process

- Provide Proof: Include your Order ID and a clear unboxing video or photos of the defect/damage.
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. If our courier partners do not serve your location, we may ask you to self-ship the product (shipping costs will be reimbursed).
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, our technical team will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
5. Refund Policy
- Approved Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT/UPI.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the product has been handed over to our shipping partner, the order cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy will apply.
