1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-demand periods like festive sales or new product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: We may offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999). Check the banner on our website for current offers.

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Partners
To ensure your tech arrives safely, we partner with reliable courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and Shiprocket. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, SouzNXT is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or extreme weather conditions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing a Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s website. You can track your package in real-time to know exactly when it will reach your doorstep.
5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are 100% accurate. We cannot redirect a package once it has been dispatched.

Note: We generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address with a contact person is required for delivery.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
We take great care in packaging your electronics. However, if you receive a damaged product:

Initial Action: Inspect the package upon arrival. If the outer box is heavily damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and mention it to the delivery agent.

Reporting: If you find the product damaged after opening, please email us at velatrueinc@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, notify us immediately so we can verify with our warehouse and logistics team.
7. Non-Delivery / Returned to Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, or if the customer was unavailable after multiple attempts, we will contact you. In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply to send the package again.
